Since 2002, Lynn has been conducting research, design and production in support of technology driven educational programs, and has worked collaboratively with clients to deliver engaging and interactive e-learning initiatives. She has also developed and offered in-class cross-cultural training with a focus on Asia and the U.S. Lynn has co-authored and published work on the importance of cultural awareness for expatriates.
In addition to her work focused on e-learning and cultural training, Lynn is the Product Manager of "Bridging Cultures," a CD-ROM based training program for Global Professionals preparing to live overseas and/or work with other cultures.
Lynn received a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a B.S. in Communications, concentrating on Advertising, from Boston University.
Born and raised in Singapore, Lynn has been in the U.S. for the past decade. She has experience negotiating between Asian and American culture both in her professional as well as personal life. She has traveled extensively throughout the world and continues to maintain close family ties with her immediate family who remain in Singapore.
