Elena received her B.A. in Urban Studies from New York University. In her role as a coordinator, Elena works closely with Park Li’s Instructional Designers to create and implement e-learning initiatives, develop program storyboards, interactivity and visual frameworks and support other project activities that ensure successful project completion.
Over the last 5 years, Elena has worked in a number of non-profit and government agencies and her experiences have fueled her interest in training, development, group dynamics and management.
Born in Korea, raised in Panama, educated in Italy and more recently in the U.S. Elena has constantly challenged herself to adapt and learn from multi-cultural environments. Elena is fluent in Spanish and Korean.
